The city’s anniversary festival meant multiple deals had to be closed between entertainers and the event organizer. Due to the event’s size and time pressures, we had to produce a scalable agreement that we tailored to fit the purpose, various media formats and the legal requirement for each and every one for the participating artists and performers.
